Interprofessionnelle Auvergne Rhone Alpes

INTERPROFESSIONNELLE AUVERGNE RHÔNE ALPES (IPRA) is an association operating for the Mouvement des Entreprises de France Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (MEDEF AURA). The MEDEF is the leading network of entrepreneurs in France covering the whole territory of the country and having more than 800,000 member companies, 90% of whom are SMEs employing less than 50 employees. 

 

With 11 territorial networks and 26 professional branches the MEDEF AURA promotes the interest of companies of all sizes and all sectors, on a regional level within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in France. MEDEF AURA team accompanies, represents, connects, and coaches companies providing levers for development. The main objective of IPRA/MEDEF AURA is to contribute to the development of companies' end the whole ecosystem in the region through innovation and implementation of support systems in cooperation with different regional or national players. 

 

Thanks to the expertise and know-how of companies, professional federations, trade unions or consumer associations working with IPRA/MEDEF AURA on daily bases, the IPRA/MEDEF AURA is fully equipped to assist companies in the region in:

  • establishing and offering professional upskilling training programs and services suited to companies’ needs;

  • introducing young people and education to the professional world;

  • encouraging recruitment, professional inclusion and upskilling (particularly of the unemployed or handicapped persons);

  • fostering innovation, international cooperation, and exchanges between companies;

  • contribute to the change of business model and awareness raise;

  • promote important socio-economical movements, business practices and policies, business self-regulations. 

 

Moreover, the IPRA/MEDEF AURA is:

  • A major actor for regional decision-makers and public authorities

  • An essential regional partner for social dialogue 

  • A committed actor for change and transformation

  • An omnipresent spokesperson for regional companies and professional branches
